This site uses Google Analytics 4, loaded through Google Tag Manager. When you visit, Google
Analytics sets cookies in your browser named _ga and _ga_ followed by
an ID, so it can tell a returning visitor from a new one.
It records things like the pages you view, how you arrived (for example, from a search engine), your approximate location such as your city, your device and browser type, how far you scroll, and whether you click a booking link or a phone number link.
We only see this as aggregated reports - for example, how many people viewed a page or clicked a booking link. It does not tell us who you are, and we do not combine it with anything that identifies you. Google processes this data as described in How Google uses information from sites that use its services.
To opt out, block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. The site works the same without them.
The site's fonts are served by Google Fonts, and the Contact page shows an embedded Google Map. To display them, your browser connects to Google's servers, which receive your IP address as part of that request.
The booking buttons on this site take you to HealthEngine, a separate online booking service. The details you enter there, such as your name, contact details and the reason for your visit, are collected by HealthEngine and passed to the clinic so it can manage your appointment. HealthEngine handles that information under its own privacy policy.
If you phone us, the call is handled by the clinic team, and anything you tell us is treated the same way as the rest of your patient information.
Calls to the number on this site may be routed through a call-routing or telephony provider before they reach the clinic.
The clinic manages personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). You can ask to access or correct the personal information the clinic holds about you. There is no fee to make a request, although an administrative fee may apply for providing copies, and we may ask for identification before releasing information. Patient records are kept for at least seven years.
